3D Printed Socks Vs Sublimated Socks
Custom 3D Printed Socks
Digital printing is a great option for creating detailed custom socks on cotton or bamboo, making it ideal for traditional dress sock styles while maintaining the natural comfort of the yarn.

The printing process allows for 360-degree coverage around the sock with no visible join lines, creating a seamless finished look.
While print quality is excellent, it does not achieve the same level of colour vibrancy, sharpness, or fine detail as sublimation printing. Some fading may occur over time, typically after 8–10 washes, depending on wear and laundering.
Production is available offshore only, with a minimum order of 300 pairs per design and size.

Custom Sublimated Socks
Create eye-catching custom socks with vibrant, high-definition prints . Using a dye-sublimation process, the ink is infused directly into the fabric, becoming part of the fibres for a finish that won't crack, peel or easily fade.
Sublimation printing requires polyester, so sublimated socks are predominantly polyester. If you prefer the comfort of cotton, we offer hybrid options:

Cotton sock with a polyester print panel – only the printed area is polyester, while the rest of the sock remains cotton.

Polyester leg with a cotton foot – ideal for designs printed on the leg, while having the comfort of a cotton foot.

The print is applied front and back or to each side. For designs that wrap around the sock, a subtle join line may be visible where the print edges meet.
Full sock sublimation is available offshore production only.
